Not much cooking these days at Cowboys training camp, but the team did get some good news when wide receiver, Terrell Owens returned to the practice field. Owens missed a few days to rest a sore hamstring and said he is now 100%.
"I don’t like sitting out," T.O. said. "That was a decision that Coach made. I’m not the one to argue with him."
Anyone who’s followed Terrell’s career over the years can vouch that Owen’s is not one to argue with his head coach… YEAH, RIGHT!
Here’s some more positive news for you… OT Marc Colombo, who is recovering from a knee scope, could practice on Saturday. He still might not be ready to play in the season opener… Hey, you can’t always get what you want. Wow, that would make a great title for a song!
Poor Terry Glenn begins his rehab after successful surgery on his knee. I wish I was as poor as him…
Somebody please assure me that the broadcast of our first preseason game won’t be overrun by all the Michael Vick and Pac Man Jones drama. That would really be a bummer.
That’s all for now and as we head into our first pre season game I just want to give a shout out to all the brave men and women serving our country…
I know so many of you won’t be able to watch the game, but I want all of you to know that you are in our thoughts and in our hearts, and we here at StarStruck know that you are the real America’s Team!
