Favre Remains Winless in Dallas as the Cowboys Lead the NFC and Clinch a Playoff Spot After months of speculation, the Dallas Cowboys came out with a win and the NFC lead in last night’s showdown over the Green Bay Packers. The final score of 37-27 doesn’t begin to tell the story of the rollercoaster ride both teams experienced. It was a record breaking night for the Cowboys as they are now 11-1 with 4 games [...]

A Good Old-Fashioned Gunfight
Tonight’s premier matchup will be like a good old-fashioned gunfight, featuring two of the best gunslingers in the country in Brett Favre and Tony Romo. It’s a classic matchup that features the slick veteran who has won countless battles, versus the new kid in town with the faster draw and the quicker trigger finger. You can expect to see plenty of downfield action as both Favre and Romo try to gain the advantage by throwing deep, and [...]

A Game As Big As Texas!
I am so excited to be blogging with you all today! Honestly, I don’t know where to begin! The game tomorrow night is as big as Texas! The winner of the game gets the inside track to homefield advantage in the NFC playoffs. This is the first time since 1990 that two 10-1 teams have met. Jerry Jones calls it the biggest game at Texas Stadium since the two teams met in the 1996 NFC Championship [...]

Will The Real Terrell Owens Please Stand Up!
Long before Terrell Owens became a Cowboy, we all heard about his mouth being bigger than his heart, and his penchant for getting into trouble being greater than his talent. I never really knew anything about Terrell Owens except for what I heard on ESPN and read in Sports Illustrated. It got to the point where I actually hated the guy, and yet I really knew nothing about the man. Shame on me. I have [...]

The 24-year old Pro football player was shot at home during an apparent armed burglary. The gunshot was fired at his leg and damged his femoral artery causing significant blood loss. Taylor had been airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL early Monday. At one point Monday night there was hope after Taylor squeezed a nurse’s hand. However, [...]

The Future Home of the Dallas Cowboys
While in Dallas for Thanksgiving, I decided to take a short visit over to Arlington to get some photos and a first hand look at the new Cowboys Stadium currently under construction. I was so amazed at this "monster" of a stadium that is taking shape. I have seen the virtual tour online and artist renderings but when you are right there, well I just can’t explain how it feels. It is still somewhat of [...]

GAME RECAP: COWBOYS 34 – JETS 3
Cowboys Carve Up The Jets In Thanksgiving Classic! I don’t think there was a soul in Dallas who believed the Cowboys would lose to the lowly Jets on Thanksgiving Day at Texas Stadium. They were right. Once the snow flurries started falling, once you smelled the aroma of a great Thanksgiving dinner coming from the kitchen, once you saw the "Silver and Blue" take the field, you knew that destiny was on the side of the Cowboys. [...]
