All Roads Lead To Tampa, Florida

Not to anyone’s surprise, but Terrell Owens has been the most impressive Cowboy at camp thus far. Owens continued to sweep past the defense catching deep passes, often lined up against Adam Jones. The two have definitely formed a friendly competition and so far Owens is ahead.

”Every day is going to be different, depending on the feel of each individual. Some days he will feel a little better than me and the majority of the days I will feel a little better than him.” -Terrell Owens on Adam Jones

“I think I’m the best. He thinks he’s the best, so that will make us better. I know on Sunday my job will be a whole lot easier,” Jones said. “It helps me a lot. T.O. is a world-class athlete. … I’m enjoying myself and I’m getting better every day.” -Adam Jones on Terrell Owens

Both Owens and Jones are very confident, and competing with one another will only help the team. When you’ve got the best of the best that are always striving to outdo one another. The outcome can only lead to another great season and hopefully a Super Bowl title when it’s all over.

  • This is great, I mean what better to help Jones get better than to match him up against TO. I hope Jones gets reinstated, who better to cover a team’s #3 WR than Adam Jones oh and by the way the team’s #1 and #2 WR will be covered by some fellas named Newman and Henry. This year’s coverage will be crazy good

  • Terrell Owens has never looked better. Since becoming a Cowboy he has stepped up his game. His personal growth and the way he pushes himself are proof that it’s better to be a Dallas Cowboy than anything else.
I am still reserving judgement in PacMan (by the way, as of yesterday, he wants to be called PacMan again). I hope players like T.O. who have overcome controversy, can be a good influence on him. Yet, I will not get excited about him until Goodell clears him, and until he gives us a season of steady work and stays out of trouble.

  • Same here Tiffany! I love what Owens has brought to the team and how this may be his best season yet. But when it comes to “call me pac-man. dont call me pac-man. please call me pac-man” I still have both thumbs down on him. More then any other player he has to EARN his STAR! Dont talk! Just “show us” that your really changed “yeah right” and dont bring down our team.

  • I have been a cowboy fan since the days of Roger. Back then they played for the love of the game. I know now and every body else in the world most players play for there own benefit. This year I would like to see NO MOUTHING show it on the field and as a fan, Terrl Owens has surprised me last year he did not get caught up in the media. As for Mr. Jones the cornerback a lot of people dont get second chances. First thank god second thank the other Jones and third the players around you. I pray that yall all stay HEALTHY. And GOD BLESS THE COWBOYS.
