He walked onto the Dallas team w/o being drafted, waited for his turn to QB, and money is not the issue just a love for the game. Dallas was really the leaders, and Irving was a wire with great personality and a true cowboy in the field. The QB Troy was the first leader in the field and put the team forward. The Dallas Cowboys of the 90s was a fantastic team. I think Romo has to be leader in the field, he has shown that it is a QB who can win games that were lost. Remember, 27 vs 24 or 28 vs 25. No matter who is, he must show that he is the leader and he has to be complied with talk.
