Also, Tony Romo has finally grown up as this team's leader. Now that Romo has shown the ability to play well late in the season, the Cowboys are going to be so much tougher to beat right now. On another note, it's great to see what a healthy Felix Jones can do in some meaningful action. As for the defense, there are no words to describe how awesome they have been lately.
