Former Cowboys RB Ron Springs In Coma
According to published reports, former Dallas Cowboys running back Ron Springs fell into a coma in a Dallas hospital because of complications from a Saturday surgery to have a cyst removed from one of his arms.
Springs, 50, has battled complications from diabetes for 16 years and received a kidney from former Cowboys teammate Everson Walls in February.
The Washington Redskins announced Tuesday that cornerback Shawn Springs has flown to Dallas to be with his father.
