Another Day, another trophy for the dallas cowboys!

Last week in my 2007 Cowboys Awards post, I said that Greg Ellis was the biggest surprise of the season. Today that was acknowledged when the NFL named Greg Ellis the Comeback Player of the Year!

Hell yeah!!

Ellis had huge season for the Cowboys this year and was one of the team's biggest leaders on defense. He had 12.5 sacks which was second only to De Marcus Ware.

I think Rotoworld says it best...

"There couldn't have been a better choice. Ellis, who tore his Achilles' tendon nine games into last year and began this season as a backup, was an absolute monster coming off the strong side for Dallas."

Outstanding job by Ellis, Congratulations!
