STILL BLEEDING SILVER AND BLUE
I don’t need to tell you how horrible I feel. After a great first half, our Cowboys went to sleep. I don’t know what happened. What I do know is that our great season ended with a flop.
I’m not going to blame Romo for going to Mexico. Maybe the man needed to unwind. I wish I could have gone. I am going to have to side with T.O. on this one. They lost as a team.
Speaking of T.O. - for all you people that hate him and say he is a bad teammate and a locker room killer, his press conference should shut you up! I didn’t watch it as it took place. I was too upset to listen to what everybody was going to say. But when the news came on and I saw him crying, I watched. Listening to him defend Romo brought tears to my eyes. Everyone’s big complaint has been that he dumps on his quarterbacks. Yes, he went after Garcia and McNabb but I saw a grown man, a strong man, brought to tears in defense of his teammate. Listened to him protect him. Watched him stand up for him. And I was proud of him. Proud to be his fan.
So our season is over and we have to wait until next year. And I will watch the Cowboys fight for the Super Bowl again...with my popcorn.
Still bleeding silver and blue…

We tend to forget that "everything" happens for a reason. Maybe T.O. would not have felt that brotherly bond or camaraderie with the COWBOYS if they would have won. Harsh, even calamitous things, transpire for a purpose and either we grow from it or waller in it. They say that "things that don't kill you only make you stronger." T.O. never really took to any team previous to THE COWBOYS and this loss may have helped him mature to a professional level....better yet, a humanly compassionate one. There's just something about being part of "AMERICA'S TEAM" that will drive a person to the "passionate not obessed" state of dedication. Like my friend Mayra said...T.O. FOUND HIS TEAM!....and I honestly believe that. Yes, and we all bleed "BLUE AND SILVER!!!!!" GO COWBOYS!!!
