Cowboys Coaching Staff Filling in Nicely
The Cowboys have been working hard since their season ended, trying to fill coaching and staff positions early in the offseason. After former Cowboys head coach took over operations for the Dolphins, a four coaches left to join him in Miami.
The Cowboys brought back some familiar faces with Dave Campo and Hudson Houck. Campo spent over a decade with the Cowboys before being fired in 2002. Many of those years were very successful when he coached the defense, prior to being named head coach. Hudson Houck led the offensive line from 1993-2001, what were glory years for the Cowboys.
Hopefully all the pieces are falling into place. Some critics believe the only coaches that matter are the head coach and the offensive and defensive coordinators. I disagree with this, I think every person counts and has an effect on the team, even the smallest roles. These could be the leaders of a dynasty in the making.

I believe the addition of Dave Campo to the coaching staff was an excellent move on the part of Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys. We tend to blame Campo for all those unproductive seasons the Cowboys had under his tenure as head coach but the truth is that the Cowboys were in a financial (salary cap) bind of which Campo had no control over, hell we didn’t even have a legitimate quarterback. For the nonbelievers or those that dislike Campo I say, give the guy a chance, remember he did help the Cowboys win a couple of Super Bowls, better yet, just keep your eyes wide open for huge improvements to the secondary, this area has certainly been of great concern throughout the years dating back to the departure of Darren Woodson.

I think its stacking up very nicely.
Thrilled to have Campo back. Who doesn't want to see Dat Nguyen working with the Cowboys? Hudson Houck is another great addition.
